Came here for business trip, had good 14 days overall. Had good sleep at the king room with couch and 2 queen beds, as for instance. There were a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator upon arrival. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were very rude.

The venue was beautifully kept and perfect, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was incredible really close to many restaurants. Everybody was helpful and decent. Had a very good stay here...

The room was brand new and spacious, with a large couch. the hotel is conveniently located in the West Knoxville district, close to plenty of great restaurants and shops.

The room was spacious and super clean, with a comfy couch that I loved chilling on. We had everything we needed - adjustable room temperature, a TV, and a mini-fridge for snacks. the location was great; we were near plenty of awesome restaurants and stores to check out 🛍️.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and huge. the staff were very nice throughout the hotel. - the location in the middle of Jackson was marvelous. - Close proximity to Zaxby's was a plus for quick-service food.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The location, right off the interstate, was convenient for me as I was attending a wedding outside of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the nice and quiet rooms. The staff, especially the morning shift gentleman and Diane in the kitchen, were polite, courteous, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was basic but good, with fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, and bread. I had a fantastic experience with this hotel.

I scored a cool room that was brand-new and had two comfy queen beds and a couch. the bathroom was equipped with a handy shower, hair dryers, and soft bath sheets 🛁.

This well-maintained place in West Knoxville is conveniently close to shopping places, dining options, and a mall, making it a great central spot in the area.

We had a great stay at Fairfield in Knoxville. The location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Julie at the front desk. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The saltwater pool was an added bonus for relaxation. The morning buffet offered a variety of delicious options for breakfast. we were very impressed with the hotel and would recommend it.
